As the lead digital designer one of my primary roles was to create compelling and visually appealing designs for various paid marketing channels such as display ads, social media ads, and email campaigns. I was responsible for developing designs that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging, and help to drive engagement and conversions.
I worked closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience, and to create designs that effectively communicate the desired message. As a result I became proficient in designing video ad campaigns as these were the most successful conversions. Specifically our influencer campaigns became the best performing ads and I would often have to rework our influencer content to translate into paid social.
