As the Lead Digital Designer at ALIGNE, I was responsible for creating compelling, visually engaging assets across paid marketing channels—including display ads, social media, and email campaigns. My designs were crafted to align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging, while driving engagement and conversions.
I played a key role in managing the brand’s customer-facing platforms, from social media to the website. With a startup mentality and a rapidly growing brand, I had to react quickly to an ever-changing environment, ensuring ALIGNE stayed ahead of the curve. My remit extended beyond design: I contributed to the creative direction of photoshoots, supported digital influencer campaigns, developed influencer content, created integrated marketing campaigns, and produced videographic content for both the website and promotional material.
Working closely with the marketing team, I translated campaign goals and audience insights into design strategies that delivered measurable results. Through this process, I became highly proficient in video ad design—particularly for influencer-led campaigns, which emerged as our top-performing creative. I regularly adapted influencer content for paid social ads to maximize reach and conversions.
I also oversaw ALIGNE’s social platforms, managing the launch of influencer collaborations across digital channels and aligning video campaigns with brand strategy. Each week, I curated and produced Instagram content that complemented other marketing touchpoints, often stepping in to ensure timely publishing and to drive sales.
As part of a small, fast-paced, and dynamic team, I consistently took on new challenges and expanded my skills across all areas of marketing—from PR to e-commerce—adapting quickly and contributing wherever needed to support the brand’s growth.
EDM
Created visually engaging and conversion-driven email designs that aligned with campaign messaging and the brand’s visual identity. Collaborated with the marketing team to ensure each EDM reflected current promotional strategies, supported product launches, and maintained consistency across digital touchpoints. 
Built and optimised user journey email series to reflect the marketing ambitions of the business, focusing on user retention and engagement over time & regularly reported on these outcomes during business WIPs.
Website
Developed graphic and video content for use across the ALIGNE website, ensuring a seamless and visually compelling user experience optimised for both desktop and mobile. Supported campaign rollouts and product launches by designing homepage assets, landing pages, and promotional banners in line with brand and commercial goals.
